We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for these items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of the item and packaging when contacting us.
