At this time, we only ship within the United States.

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and verified. Our handling/processing time is typically 1–2 business days. Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and package your order before shipment and does not include transit or delivery time.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Shipping & Delivery

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Estimated shipping transit time is approximately 4–8 business days depending on your location and local courier operations. The estimated total delivery time, including processing and shipping, is typically 5–10 business days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or operational disruptions.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your building reception area. If tracking information is available, we also recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
